Herskind was founded by Kern Herskind Nightingale in 2007 with the aim of providing Sitecore professional services.

Kern is an experienced Sitecore specialist and has been working as an independent consultant for both UK and international Sitecore partners and Sitecore clients.

Ranging from small scale e-commerce and brochure-ware to government projects and the provision of enterprise scale solutions, Kern has been involved in a variety of projects using every major version of Sitecore since 2003.

Kern also actively participates in the Sitecore developer community by writing on the SDN forum and contributing to Shared Source projects. In recognition of his work, Kern was awarded Sitecore Most Valued Professional in 2009.

Herskind provides a range of professional services related to the technical aspects of Sitecore. Herskind is able to help with project scoping, solution architecture and planning, deployment strategies, system reviews and much more.

Herskind focusses on sharing knowledge and raising the skill level of the client and their team. Getting expert advice eases the learning curve and is a real time-saver for teams with no prior Sitecore exposure.
